Leader Coaching in Public Organizations
The Executive Leadership Institute partners with a cadre of professionals who have both decades of coaching experience and knowledge of the unique challenges faced by leaders in public organizations. Some of the characteristics of our coaching services are:
- Breadth of Capacity: ELI serves the needs of different categories of leaders. Assignments have included preparing high potential individuals for soon to be vacated positions, supporting recently appointed leaders with their “stretch” responsibilities and assisting strategic leaders to reframe major issues and approaches.
